The method comprises the steps of: performing encryption in a random encryption sequence mode, and enabling a sending end to generate a random encryption sequence and perform system conversion; combining the generated random number with a random encryption sequence, encrypting and sending the combined result to a receiving end; enabling the receiving end to decrypt and split the received combined message, combine the acknowledgement message and the random number into a feedbackmessage, encrypt the feedback message, and send the feedback message to the sending end; enabling the sending end to decrypt and splits the feedback message after receiving the feedback message, compare the received random number with the generated random number and judge whether the secure communication is successfully established or not in combination with the content of the confirmation message; and if the sending end successfully establishes the security communication, sending the message to the receiving end, and starting the security communication.
