Problems solved by technology

[0005] The administration of a single solid microneedle is divided into two steps, which is relatively cumbersome; the amount of drug that can be delivered by the coated microneedle is small; the external conditions such as ultraviolet light or high temperature may affect the activity and quality of the drug during the preparation process of the degradable microneedle; The manufacturing process of the hollow microneedle itself is complex and difficult, and the mechanical properties are not ideal

Abstract

The invention discloses an iontophoresis microneedle patch which comprises a microneedle array, an elastomer located on the lower surface of a microneedle array substrate, non-elastic drug-loaded hydrogel, a flexible circuit board and an anti-seepage adhesive ring. The flexible circuit board comprises a drug delivery electrode and a loop electrode, and the drug delivery electrode and the loop electrode are respectively and correspondingly connected with an external iontophoresis instrument. According to the microneedle patch disclosed by the invention, three transdermal drug delivery modes ofdrug-loaded hydrogel, the microneedle and iontophoresis are integrated into one patch through an ingenious structure, so that the transdermal drug delivery effect can be improved more efficiently. Theinvention further provides a preparation method of the iontophoresis microneedle patch.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of biomedical engineering, in particular to an iontophoresis microneedle patch and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Due to its good application prospects, transdermal drug delivery has been widely developed in recent decades. Because it can avoid the gastrointestinal and liver first-pass effects of oral administration, it also has the advantages of convenient administration and more stable blood drug concentration, so it is a very advantageous administration method. [0003] The skin is mainly composed of epidermis and dermis, and the stratum corneum of the epidermis is composed of dead keratinocytes densely arranged to form a skin barrier, which can only allow a part of small molecule lipophilic drugs to pass through. In order to break through the barrier of the stratum corneum, many penetration-enhancing technologies have been developed, such as penetration enhancers, electroporation, rad...
