The aggregation center platform realizes classified aggregation management of all demand-side adjustable resources of a power grid in a certain region, and is downwards butted with an aggregator platform or a user terminal platform to serve as a channel for the aggregator or the user terminal demand-side adjustable resources to participate in demand response; the aggregator platform realizes classified aggregation management of accessed demand-side adjustable resources, downwards docks with theuser terminal platform, and plans the user terminal demand-side adjustable resources to participate in demand response; and the user terminal platform realizes management of adjustable resources on the user terminal demand side.
