Problems solved by technology

[0004] In order to solve the problem that passive exoskeletons in related technologies are mostly based on the principle of load transfer, the weight of the heavy load is transmitted to the ground through rigid connecting rods, and elastic elements are used to assist the movement of the lower limb joints. However, the existing products have poor terrain adaptability. And the upper limit of the load on the back is low, and the problem of gait stability in the process of walking with a heavy load is not solved. The present invention provides an enhanced load-bearing exoskeleton that improves gait stability

Embodiment Construction

[0019] Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, the same numerals in different drawings refer to the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The implementations described in the following exemplary examples do not represent all implementations consistent with the present invention. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatuses and methods consistent with aspects of the invention as recited in the appended claims.

[0020] The lower extremity exoskeleton can help the human body share part of the weight of the burden, and at the same time assist the human body to walk through active or passive lower limb joints, thereby saving the wearer's physical strength. Existing lower extremity exoskeletons can be roughly divided into two categories: active exoskeletons with energy input and passive exoskeletons without...

Abstract

The invention discloses an enhanced weight bearing exoskeleton capable of improving gait stability. The enhanced weight bearing exoskeleton comprises a rigid supporting structure and four assisting units; the rigid supporting structure comprises a waist connector, hip side brackets, thigh rod pieces, shank rod pieces and ankle structures; the assisting units comprise hip joint assisting units, knee joint assisting units, ankle joint buffering structures and handheld assisting levers; the waist connector is connected with the hip side brackets on two sides; each hip side bracket is of a cavitystructure, and the hip joint assisting units are installed in the cavity structures; and rotating supports are connected to the hip side brackets and used for providing fulcrums for the handheld assisting levers. Through the handheld assisting lever structures, the effect of assisting in body balance is achieved by utilizing the strength of upper arms, and the stability of a human body in a weight-bearing advancing process is improved; and through autonomous and controllable intermittent assistance, the pressure on human shoulders can be effectively relieved, the degree of physical fatigue isreduced, and the risk of neck muscle injury is reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of load-bearing exoskeleton, and relates to an enhanced load-bearing exoskeleton for improving gait stability. Background technique [0002] For forest fire rescue, plateau material handling, border patrol security and other occasions where large-scale carrying equipment is difficult to function, it is usually necessary for personnel to walk with heavy loads on complex terrain such as uphill and downhill roads and rough roads. Long-term overload work often easily causes gait Instability, causing fatigue fractures, ligament strains, joint muscle strain and other problems, affecting the health of the staff. [0003] The lower extremity exoskeleton can help the human body share part of the weight of the burden, and at the same time assist the human body to walk through active or passive lower limb joints, thereby saving the wearer's physical strength. Existing lower extremity exoskeletons can be roughly divided into two...
