Abstract

The invention discloses a three-way catalyst heat management system applied to a natural gas engine. The three-way catalyst heat management system comprises an exhaust tail pipe for exhausting waste gas generated by burning of the natural gas engine, a turbine and a three-way catalyst are arranged on the exhaust tail pipe, a burner for heating the waste gas in the exhaust tail pipe is arranged onthe exhaust tail pipe, and the burner is located on the upstream of the three-way catalyst. A gas taking port of the burner is connected with a gas inflow main pipe of the natural engine through a gastaking pipe, a gas storage tank, a first one-way valve located on the upstream of the gas storage tank, an electromagnetic valve and a second one-way valve are arranged on the gas taking pipe, and the electromagnetic valve and the second one-way valve are located on the downstream of the gas storage tank. According to the heat management system, through ignition burning of an igniter in the burner, the temperature of the waste gas on the upstream of the three-way catalyst is increased, and then the problem of low-temperature exhaust of the three-way catalyst is avoided; and through high-temperature and constant-temperature control over the exhaust temperature and increase of the flow of the waste gas, aging simulation of the three-way catalyst can be accelerated, and occupation of resources is reduced.
