The method is characterizedby comprising the following specific steps: 1) dissolving an oxytetracycline standard substance, a tetracycline standard substance and an aureomycin standard substance with methanol to prepare a mixedstandard solution with the concentration of 1.00 mu g / ml, gradually diluting the mixed standard solution into solutions with the concentrations of 0.05 mu g / ml, 0.10 mu g / ml, 0.40 mu g / ml, 0.60 mu g / ml and 1.00 mu g / ml, and drawing working curves of three tetracycline antibiotics; 2) performing solid-phase extraction on the three tetracycline antibiotics in the water environment by using an HLB solid-phase extraction column, and concentrating and quantifying the extracted solution by using a parallel quantitative concentrator; and (3) detecting and analyzing the three tetracycline antibioticsconcentrated and quantified in the step (2) by using a high performance liquid chromatography tandem ultraviolet detector.
