According to the skin-care pearl aqua capable of moisturizing and whitening, disclosed by the invention, an employed bee honey extract can be used for improving moisture adjustment on a surface layer of skin and is in synergism with the humectant, and in long-term use, the skin-care pearl aqua can be used for effectively improving skin texture, repairing the skin, enabling lipid to maintain a liquid crystal structure and composing a skin protection layer; and dueto synergism of hydrolyzed pearls and pearl essence, the activity of tyrosinase is inhibited, the resilience of the skin can be improved while whitening and moisturizing, the absorption and utilization of the skin to nutrients are facilitated, and the skin is cared from inside to outside.
