This invention uses ultra-low ash anthracite as the carbon source, which, compared to the graphite, carbon nanotubes / nanofibers, and graphene commonly used carbon sources in existing silicon-carbon composite anode materials, eliminates the need for high-temperature graphitization or carbonization of the raw coal, significantly reducing energy consumption. Furthermore, the pretreatment of the ultra-low ash anthracite does not require acid washing for deashing, which is beneficial for industrial production. This invention also uses photovoltaic waste silicon as the silicon source, obtaining high-purity nano-silicon after pretreatment, thus reducing the cost of raw material sources.

The invention relates to the technical field of rubber hoses, and discloses a high-flexibility pressure-resistant rubber hose and a preparation method thereof.The preparation method comprises the following steps that inner-layer rubber compound is put into an extruder and subjected to extrusion molding at the temperature of 70-90 DEG C to form a tubular inner rubber layer, polyester tempered palm fibers are made into a tubular framework on the surface of the tubular inner rubber layer through a braiding machine, and the tubular framework is subjected to extrusion molding at the temperature of 70-90 DEG C; the weaving density is controlled to be 80%-95%, the weaving angle is 45-60 degrees, finally, the outer-layer rubber compound is put into an extruder and extruded at the temperature of 70-90 DEG C to coat the outer side of the framework layer, and a composite hose blank is integrally obtained; feeding the tube blank into vulcanization equipment, controlling the vulcanization pressure to be 0.8-1.2 MPa and the temperature to be 150-170 DEG C, preserving heat and vulcanizing for 25-50 minutes, and cooling after the vulcanization is finished, so as to obtain the high-flexibility pressure-resistant rubber hose. The high-flexibility pressure-resistant rubber hose prepared by the invention has good pressure resistance, flexibility and aging resistance.
