Embodiment Construction

[0025] Embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below, examples of which are shown in the drawings, wherein the same or similar reference numerals designate the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar functions throughout. The embodiments described below by referring to the figures are exemplary and are intended to explain the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the present invention.

[0026] see figure 1 , the present invention provides a method for automatic demoulding of polyvinyl chloride gloves, comprising:

[0027] S101, cleaning the ceramic hand model;

[0028] Before using the ceramic hand mold, there may be PVC particles left over from the previous use, as well as dust and other substances attached to the ceramic hand mold. The existence of these substances will affect the adhesion of the later PVC solution, so it needs to be cleaned first. Because of alkaline substances, the cleaning solution based ...

Abstract

The invention discloses an automatic demolding and grouping method for polyvinyl chloride gloves. The method includes the steps that ceramic hand molds are washed; the ceramic hand molds are soaked ina PVC solution; the soaked ceramic hand molds are dried; the multiple ceramic hand molds are hung on an assembly line at equal intervals; the gloves are separated through rollers; and the grouped gloves are conveyed to an assigned position. The ceramic hand molds are washed and vibrated to remove impurities before separation; A support is used for hanging to ensure that the ceramic hand molds donot touch the wall of a container, and therefore PVC can completely cover the ceramic hand molds; and the ceramic hand molds are hung on the heat-resistant support at equal intervals so that heat canbe absorbed more evenly, the gloves are separated through rotation of an upper roller and a lower roller and are not likely to be damaged, and the gloves are separated out from the portion between thetwo rollers and droop due to the action of gravity. The gloves are attached to a vertical plate through negative pressure, whether the gloves exist or not is confirmed in a negative pressure detection manner, and therefore automatic demolding can be achieved, and correct counting and grouping can be achieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of glove demoulding, in particular to a group method for automatic demoulding of polyvinyl chloride gloves. Background technique [0002] Gloves are hand warming or labor protection articles, and are also used for decoration. Gloves are a very special thing. They were not created for practicality at the beginning, but only in modern times have they become necessary for heat preservation in cold areas, or medical antibacterial and industrial protective products. [0003] At present, in the glove production line, demoulding is a relatively important link. Demolding is to pull the pre-demoulded gloves from the hand mold. At present, the most primitive way of demoulding is to use manual demoulding, that is, to use manual pulling Gloves separate gloves from hand molds and rely on manual counting. This method consumes a lot of labor, but due to the harsh production environment, it seriously affects the health of workers an...
