The method specifically comprises the steps that radar data fed back by an on-the-way target detected by an installed radar and traveling tracks based on different data sources are collected in the traveling process of a vehicle, first calibration is conducted on the installation position of the radar through the two sets of traveling tracks with the different sources, and second calibration completed based on the radar detection data is put forward; when the collected radar detection data meet the quantity requirement, a second calibration result is stored; and if the radar detection data quantity does not meet the precision requirement due to the fact that thedata quality fed back by the on-the-way target is poor or the target quantity is insufficient, the second calibration can be omitted, and a first calibration result is stored.
