The method comprises the steps of receiving an event request which is sent by a subsystemin a building and comprises an event name and event parameters, determining a corresponding linkage program from a preset rule table according to the event name, generating a corresponding linkage program calling request according to the event parameters, inputting the linkage program calling request into the corresponding linkage program, and therefore, allowing the linkage program to send the calling request to a target subsystem, and allowing the target subsystem to execute the event request after receiving the calling request. Compared with a traditional mode that each subsystem needs tobe called independently, the scheme realizes the collaborative calling of the multiple subsystems in the building by utilizing the preset rule table containing the corresponding relationship between the preset event name and the linkage program and the linkage program calling request corresponding to the event parameters, so that the calling efficiency of the multiple subsystems in the building isimproved, and the user experience is improved.
