The invention discloses an aluminum
alloy additive manufacturing strengthening and
toughening method combining ultrasonic
peening and heat treatment, and belongs to the technical field of
metal additive manufacturing aftertreatment. The method sequentially comprises the following steps that firstly, a CMT technology is adopted, 7000 series aluminum
alloy serves as a base plate, and aluminum-
lithium alloy welding wires serve as
filling materials for additive manufacturing; secondly, the surface of the manufactured part is subjected to
ultrasonic impact treatment; and then,
solution treatment and aging treatment are carried out. According to the method, through organic combination and sequential cooperation of the three processes, the technical problems that due to rapid cooling,
residual stress is large, dispersed phase distribution is uneven, and obdurability and
toughness are difficult to consider are effectively solved, the comprehensive performance of the material can be remarkably improved, the tensile strength is improved by 282.7% or above, and the service life of the material is prolonged. The elongation after fracture is improved by 543.5% or above, and the aluminum alloy is particularly suitable for preparing high-performance aluminum alloy components in the fields of
aerospace and the like.
