The method comprises the steps: temperature data collected by a fin heat exchanger of an air source heat pump unit are obtained in the heating circulation operation process of the air source heat pump unit; when the temperature data meet a preset heating defrosting condition,the air source heat pump unit is controlled to execute heating defrosting mode operation; and the heating defrosting mode operation comprises the steps: a bypass electromagnetic valve of the air source heat pump unit is controlled to be powered on, so that a refrigerant subjected to heat exchange through a shell-and-tube heat exchanger of the air source heat pump unit enters an auxiliary pipelineof the fin heat exchanger to be defrosted, and the cooled refrigerant returns to an electronic expansion valve of the air source heat pump unit to be throttled. The problem of frosting on the surfaceof the evaporator in the heating operation process of the heat pump unit is solved, meanwhile, the influence of defrosting on the refrigerating capacity is avoided, stable heat supply of the unit is kept, and the use convenience of a user is effectively improved.
