Abstract

The non-small cell lung cancer circulating tumor cell sorting system comprises micro-column sorting chips, an oscillatory flow system and a flow cytometry counting functional area, wherein the micro-column sorting chips are used for sorting non-small cell lung cancer circulating tumor cells; theoscillatory flow system is used for providing bidirectional flow field force for the non-small cell lung cancer circulating tumor cells and relieving the blockage of the non-small cell lung cancer circulating tumor cells among the micro-column sorting chips; and the flow cytometry counting functional area is used for counting the sample feeding number and the sample discharging number of the non-small cell lung cancer circulating tumor cells and evaluating the sorting result of the non-small cell lung cancer circulating tumor cells. Through the shape, spacing and multilayer arrangement setting of array columns, automatic sorting of the non-small cell lung cancer circulating tumor cells is realized in cooperation with driving of oscillatory flow, and in addition, no biochemical marker exists in the sorting process; the cell damage is small; and the problems of cell blockage in the sorting chips in the process and the influence of bubbles on the sorting of the non-small cell lung cancercirculating tumor cells can be solved.
