Pattern information on a measured scene is acquired through a visible light viewpoint acquisition unit; infrared speckle patterns of the measured scene are acquired through an infrared light viewpoint acquisition unit; and a three-dimensional reconstruction computing and controlling unit is employed to control the visible light viewpoint acquisition unit and the infrared light viewpoint acquisition unit to photograph, and patterns obtained by the visible light viewpoint acquisition unit andpatterns obtained by the infrared light viewpoint acquisition unit are subjected to information fusion so as to obtain a three-dimensional reconstruction result. According to the system and the method, multi-viewpoint combined optimization and infrared-speckle-based object surface texture strengthening mechanism are introduced into high-accuracy three-dimensional reconstruction; through designingan infrared photosensitive element and speckle projector structure, a contour structure of a surgical field can be accurately acquired; and through taking the contour structure as a three-dimensionalreconstruction model of the surgical field under metaphysical optimized visible light, so that the accuracy of microscopical three-dimensional reconstruction is improved on the basis of not affectinga main light path of a microscope.
