The electric vehicle charging and discharging power of the target charging station is controlled by determining a time-phased electric vehicle charging and discharging power setting scheme inthe preset period of the target charging station by taking the minimum power distribution network loss as an optimization target, so that the influence of the electric vehicle charging and discharging behavior on the peak-valley difference of the power distribution network is reduced; and the pressure of electric vehicle charging and discharging behaviors on the power distribution network is reduced.
