Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides a colorectal cancer prognosis prediction method and equipment based on imaging omics. The method comprises the steps of extracting preset imaging omics features in a medical image of a patient suffering from colorectal cancer, determining an imaging omics score according to the preset imaging omics characteristics, wherein the imaging omics score is used for representing the survival risk degree of the patient, and obtaining a prognosis prediction result of the patient according to the imaging omics score and the pathological factor of the patient. According to the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the imaging omics score is determined by acquiring the imaging omics characteristics in the medical image of the colorectal cancer patient, and then the prognosis prediction result of the patient is obtained according to the imaging omics score and the pathological factors of the patient, so that preoperative effective intervention and postoperative prediction can be performed on the colorectal cancer patient inexpensively and noninvasively.
