The method comprises the following steps: acquiring shift requirements and nurse personnel data of at least one day;obtaining an initial scheduling result by adopting a random allocation mode according to the obtained shift requirements and nurse personnel data; and obtaining an optimal scheduling result accordingto a preset scheduling constraint, the initial scheduling result and a scheduling optimization algorithm combining variable neighborhood and local search, using a two-dimensional array in the VBA tostore the scheduling table, different characters of the array representing different shifts, and the two-dimensional array of the scheduling table being traversed through the VBA code to convert the characters into names of the shifts and fill the names of the shifts back to the scheduling interface; according to the invention, the deployment complexity and cost of the information system can be reduced to the greatest extent, the realization modularization of the system is relatively high, the expansion and maintenance are convenient, and the system does not need the support of any other third-party plug-in.
