preparation example Construction

[0044] According to a second aspect of the present invention, a method for preparing fermented tail vegetable feed for livestock and poultry is provided, comprising the following steps:

[0045] 1) uniformly mixing the compound microbial agent, raw materials and purified water to obtain a fermentation substrate;

[0046] 2) Put the fermentation substrate into the anaerobic breathing bag, keep the anaerobic state after sealing, and then ferment to obtain the feed.

[0047]In step 1), the composite microbial agent is prepared by the following steps: Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Bacillus licheniformis, Lactobacillus plantarum, Pediococcus lactis, Candida utilis and sterilized brown sugar water are uniformly mixed, put into Cultivate in a constant temperature shaker. Mix the compound bacterial agent, leafy vegetable tails, soybean meal, corn flour, bran, acidic substances and purified water uniformly by mechanical stirring or other methods. The mixing step can be to first mix leafy ...

Embodiment 1

[0057] The preparation of embodiment 1 fermented feed

[0058] A method for preparing fermented tail vegetable feed for livestock and poultry according to the present embodiment comprises the following steps:

[0059] (1) Preparation and activation of compound bacterial agent: Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Bacillus licheniformis, Lactobacillus plantarum, Pediococcus acidillactici bacterial agent, Candida utilis and 10% sterilized brown sugar water Mix according to the mass ratio of 1:1:1:1:96, and then put it into a constant temperature shaker (200r / min, 30°C) for 1 hour to obtain a composite bacterial agent;

[0060] (2) Raw material pretreatment: sort the above-ground part of the leafy vegetables and chop them into 1-2 cm; dry or sun-dry the soybean meal, corn flour, and bran until the water content is below 13%;

[0061] (3) Mix leafy vegetable tail vegetables, soybean meal, corn flour and wheat bran evenly according to the weight ratio in the following table to obtain raw mat...

Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of leftover vegetable treatment, and provides a leftover vegetable fermented feed for livestock and poultry. The leftover vegetable fermented feed is prepared by fermenting a compound microbial agent and raw materials, wherein the raw materials comprise the following components in parts by weight: 50-60 parts of leaf vegetable tail vegetables, 15-20 parts of bean pulp, 15-20 parts of corn flour and 10-15 parts of wheat bran. A preparation method of the tail vegetable fermented feed for livestock and poultry comprises the following steps of: 1) uniformly mixing the compound microbial agent, the raw materials and purified water to obtain a fermentation substrate; and 2) performing anaerobic fermentation on the fermentation substrate to obtain thefeed. The feed has relatively good sensory indexes and can inhibit growth of other bacteria.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of tail vegetable processing, in particular to a tail vegetable fermented feed for livestock and poultry and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Leafy vegetable tail vegetables are rich in dietary fiber, vitamins and minerals, and can be used as fermented feed raw materials to reduce the cost of livestock and poultry feed raw materials. Many domestic research groups have carried out research on tail vegetable silage. For example, Li Qisong of Nanjing Baohui Biological Feed Co., Ltd. uses the by-products of food processing as the main raw material, and adds fermented plant leaves, commonly used pig feed raw materials, Chinese herbal medicines, and inorganic salts. Alternately carry out aerobic and anaerobic fermentation with compound fermentation bacteria agent and other components to produce a fermented feed for fattening pigs (patent name: a fermented feed for fattening pigs, patent ...
