The system comprises a test piece, a restraining device and a first loading device,wherein the test piece comprises a ship bottom wall plate 1, a ship bottom frame 2, a side wall frame 3 and a side wall plate 4, a constraint frame and a constraint clamp for limiting movement of thetest piece are arranged at the first end of the test piece in the heading direction, and constraint devices for limiting left-right movement and up-down movement of the test piece are arranged on thetwo sides of a ship body of the test piece; a loading clamp and a first loading device are arranged at the second end of the test piece in the heading direction, and the pressurizing end of the firstloading device makes contact with the loading clamp through a loading cushion block to load the test piece; and the shape of the cushion block is consistent with that of the end face of the loading clamp.
