Abstract

The invention discloses a method for generating a random grid pattern of a conductive film, the random grid pattern comprises a plurality of random polygons which are adjacent to each other. The method comprises the following steps: collecting information of a regular polygon center point in the grid pattern; obtaining a central point coordinate of the random polygon; obtaining each vertex of eachrandom polygon; a random mesh pattern is generated using the vertices. According to the random grid pattern generated through the method, Moire interference fringes are effectively eliminated. Meanwhile, the method is simple in calculation, and the random grid pattern of any size can be generated. The invention also discloses a manufacturing method of the conductive film with the random grid pattern, which comprises the following steps of: generating the required random grid pattern by adopting the method for generating the random grid pattern of the conductive film, and imprinting the randomgrid pattern on a base material to obtain the conductive film with the random grid pattern. The invention further discloses a conductive film with the random grid pattern. The conductive film with the random grid pattern is manufactured by adopting the manufacturing method of the conductive film with the random grid pattern.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of conductive films, in particular to a method for generating a random grid pattern of a conductive film and its application. Background technique [0002] With the widespread use of touch screens and the development trend of ultra-thin and lightweight touch screens, the existing mainstream transparent conductive materials or structures mainly include three types: silk screen, film layer, and metal grid. Due to the comprehensive requirements of high light transmission, low haze, and excellent electrical conductivity, the material is most widely used in touch screen products, especially the flexible metal conductive film has been well applied. Metal grid, also known as micro-grid and grid, is a fine metal grid produced on PET film by etching, imprinting, magnetron sputtering and other technologies, with excellent light transmission and electrical conductivity. Common metal grid patterns are regular shapes su...
