According to the cryoprotective liquid, the toxicity of the protectant is reduced, and the freeze-thawing effect is improved; when sperms are frozen, the vitality, plasma membrane integrity, acrosome integrity, tyrosine phosphorylation level, protamine deficiency level, motilityrate and mitochondrial membrane potential of the sperms can be remarkably improved, and the quality of the frozen and thawed sperms is improved.
