The method comprises the following steps: firstly, dividing nursing homes providing different service qualities in a nursing system into public nursing homes and community nursing homes, and dividing elderly people with different health levels into high-priority elderly people and low-priority elderly people, and then performing mathematical samplingon related concepts; from the perspective of mathematics, the invention provides a dynamic allocation method for an elderly care service system. According to the method, the defects of a first-in-first-out service allocation strategy and a complete allocation strategy which are commonly used in the current elderly care system are overcome, the service cost is greatly reduced, and the social welfare is improved.
