The invention also discloses a preparation method of the selenium-activating conditioner. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing farmyard manure according to the weight ratio of pig manure to cow dung to chicken manure of 2: 1: 1, establishing a fermentation pile, and fermenting for 5-7 days; uniformly mixing the fermented farmyard manure with fulvic acid and a selenophilic microbial agent in proportion, and carrying out static fermentation for 5-10 days; and uniformly mixing the fermentation product obtained in the previous step with limestone powder, drying, granulating and packaging.
