Abstract

The invention provides a metal-based composite part, a manufacturing method thereof and a terminal shell. The manufacturing method of the metal-based composite part comprises the following steps: obtaining a composite metallic matrix, wherein the composite metallic matrix comprises a first metallic matrix and a second metallic matrix which are connected with each other and made of different materials; placing the composite metallic matrix in an acid solution, and meanwhile applying different voltages to the first metallic matrix and the second metallic matrix respectively to form first nanopores in the surface of the first metallic matrix and second nanopores in the surface of the second metallic matrix; and injecting a non-metal material into the first nanopores and the second nanopores to obtain the metal-based composite part. The manufacturing method can synchronously perform nanopore treatment on the composite metallic matrix comprising at least two metallic matrixes, is easy to operate, and is beneficial to saving the manufacturing cost.
