The system comprises a test accommodating cavity which is used for providing a test environment for cyclic replacement from low pressure to high pressure for the aero-engine; a mounting assembly which is used for supporting the aero-engine; a sensor network assembly which is fixed to a shell of the aero-engine and forms a monitoring network so as to monitor the vibration frequencies of different point locations of the aero-engine in real time. a sound wave collection assembly which is used for determining sound wave changes of the aero-engine in a low-pressure to high-pressure test environment; and a data processing system which judges a vibration fault according to the vibration amplitude of the monitoring data of the sensor network assembly from low voltage to high voltage and the sound wave change outputted by the sound wave collection assembly; the data processing system distinguishes pure mechanical vibration and sound wave interference vibration of the aero-engine and judges different faults of the aero-engine by circularly replacing the test environment in the test accommodating cavity; according to the method, the new vibration faults of the aero-engine are identified by analyzing the vibration amplitudes under different working frequencies respectively.
