Abstract

A dual interface chip card (200) is provided. The dual interface chip card comprises: a chip card body (102); a contact-based port (112) for contact-based communication; a first security chip (104_1), which is arranged in the chip card body (102) and is conductively coupled to the contact-based port (112); the fingerprint sensor (108) arranged in the chip card body (102); a second security chip (104_2) coupled to the fingerprint sensor (108), said second security chip being designed to carry out a fingerprint verification by means of a fingerprint signal detected by the fingerprint sensor (108); and an antenna (106) coupled with the second security chip (104_2).
