The invention relates to a management and control method and system for an automatic driving passenger ferry vehicle for an airport, and the method comprises the steps: receiving an airport vehicle demand which is generated according to the parking time of an airplane and the number of passengers taking the airplane; splitting the airport vehicle use demand into a vehicle use task, the vehicle use task being associated with a first position and a second position, the first position being a parking position of the aircraft, and the second position being a target position of a ferry passenger; issuing a vehicle use task to the automatic driving passenger ferry vehicle; according to feedback information sent back by the passenger ferry vehicle, determining the target ferry vehicle, wherein the feedback information is associated with a third position, and the third position is the current position of the target ferry vehicle; and issuing a driving path to the target ferry vehicle to enable the target ferry vehicle to arrive at the first position from the third position according to the driving path, ferry the passenger to the second position, and enable the target ferry vehicle to arrive at the first position at the airplane parking time. According to the invention, a safe, efficient and controllable service guarantee is provided for ferry passengers.
