Problems solved by technology

[0004] To sum up, the inorganic membranes reported in the current patent literature must undergo a high-temperature sintering process, resulting in high production costs and energy consumption, which is not conducive to popularization and application.
Through a systematic review of a large number of domestic patents and literature, no relevant reports have been found on the use of metal screens as substrates to coat geopolymer composite slurry to prepare non-fired inorganic composite membranes

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a baking-free inorganic composite membrane, which comprises the following steps: by using fly ash as a raw material and a stainless steel screen as a base material, filling and covering geopolymer slurry on pores and surface of the stainless steel screen by a dip-coating method, and curing to obtain an inorganic composite membrane support body; then preparing the geopolymer slurry with a small amount of deionized water and graphene oxide into mixed slurry to be applied to the surface of the inorganic composite membrane support body in a dip-coating mode, and finally obtaining the baking-free inorganic composite membrane through thermal curing. The method is simple in process, low in cost, simple and feasible, does not need high-temperature sintering, and has a potential application prospect. And a new thought is provided for low-cost preparation of the inorganic composite membrane.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the preparation of inorganic membranes, and in particular relates to a preparation method of non-burning inorganic composite membranes. Background technique [0002] Compared with organic polymer membranes, inorganic membranes have many competitive advantages, such as high temperature resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, easy cleaning and regeneration, etc., and are widely used in the fields of biomedicine, food, energy, chemical industry, and environmental protection. [1,2] . [0003] Zhang Xiaozhen [3] Using yttria-stabilized zirconia (YSZ) powder as raw material, through dry-wet spinning technology, after drying, the temperature is raised to 600°C at 2°C / min and kept for 1h, and then the temperature is raised to 1260°C at 4°C / min- 1380°C and heat preservation for 2 hours to obtain YSZ hollow fiber ceramic membrane.
