Embodiment Construction

[0031] The technical solutions of the present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

[0032] Such as figure 1As shown, it is a structural schematic diagram of a fiber-optic F-P temperature sensor head based on a PDMS arc reflective surface of the present invention. The structure of the sensing head is composed of single-mode optical fiber 1, microtube 2, and polymer PDMS 3. The sensing head 4 is mainly composed of a single-mode fiber 1, a microtube 2 and PDMS 3; a small section of microtube 2 is welded at the end of the single-mode fiber 1 to act as a container, and then the polymer is filled inside the microtube 2 by capillary phenomenon. The substance PDMS 3, and then using the preparation method proposed by the present invention, can form an arc-shaped reflective surface at the end of the PDMS solution. The polymer PDMS 3 filled in the microtube 2 constitutes the Fappel cavity of the sen...

Abstract

The invention discloses an optical fiber Fabry-Perot temperature sensing head based on a PDMS arc-shaped reflecting surface and a preparation method of the optical fiber Fabry-Perot temperature sensing head. The sensing head comprises a single-mode optical fiber (1) and a microtube (2) arranged at the tail end of the single-mode optical fiber (1) in a welding manner; the microtube (2) is filled with PDMS (3); the microtube (2) filled with the polymer PDMS (3) forms a Fabry-Perot cavity; and an arc-shaped reflecting surface is formed at the tail end of the polymer PDMS (3). Compared with the prior art, the temperature sensitivity of the sensing head is improved by nearly 7.33 times compared with that of an unconstrained condition; the temperature sensitivity is controlled by controlling the length of the PDMS or the radian of the end face of the PDMS, and the smaller the length of the filled polymer PDMS is, the larger the radian of the arc-shaped end face is, and the higher the temperature sensitivity of the sensing head is; the sensing head has the advantages of being small in size, high in sensitivity, simple in structure, easy to manufacture and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of optical fiber sensing, in particular to a novel high-sensitivity optical fiber F-P temperature sensing measurement system and measurement method based on a PDMS arc reflective surface. Background technique [0002] The rapid development of science and technology has brought a lot of convenience to production and life, but it has also brought serious environmental pollution, such as global warming; in addition, in power systems, detection systems, etc., temperature has always been an indispensable factor. Due to its own structure, the electrical temperature sensing head cannot be used in environments with strong corrosion or electromagnetic interference. In order to solve these problems, fiber optic temperature sensing heads based on different principles have been proposed in recent years, such as fiber grating type, Ma Zeng interference type, Fapling interference type, etc. Among them, the fiber-optic F...
