The invention relates to a roadside unit and a method for an ETC system and a computer readable storage medium. The roadside unit comprises a plurality of antennas, wherein each antenna is used for establishing wireless connection with a plurality of vehicle-mounted units; a controller which connected with the plurality of antennas and configured to: determine the distance between each antenna and each in-vehicle unit; select a target antenna corresponding to each vehicle-mounted unit from the plurality of antennas based on the distance; and enable one of the target antennas to preferentially perform service interaction with the corresponding vehicle-mounted unit based on the distance. According to the invention, the appropriate target antenna corresponding to each vehicle-mounted unit is determined by using the distances between the plurality of antennas and the plurality of vehicle-mounted units, and the vehicle-mounted unit corresponding to one of the target antennas is preferentially selected for service interaction based on the distances so that reverse transactions are reduced, and the success rate of ETC system service interaction is improved.
