Abstract

The invention discloses a woven bag double-end self-locking anti-theft zipper which comprises a cloth belt, zipper heads, a housing, a lock claw, a pressure spring and a pull tongue. Two layers of zipper teeth are respectively positioned on the edges of the upper and lower side surfaces of the cloth belt; a base is arranged on the upper surface of the zipper head and is a rectangular block; and two guide V-shaped blocks are symmetrically arranged on the upper surface of the zipper head. The housing is fixedly connected with the rectangular block and internally provided with a cavity, and a notch is formed in the middle of the housing. The locking claw is crescent. The tail end of the locking claw is embedded between the guide V-shaped block in the middle of the zipper head and the housing, and the locking claw can penetrate through the insertion hole in the zipper head to be inserted into the gap of the zipper teeth. The two ends of the pressure spring are embedded into the inner side of the upper portion of the housing. A notch is formed in the front portion of the pull tongue, the notch of the housing is sleeved with the notch, and when the pull tongue is pulled, the pull tongue moves upwards under the action of the guide V-shaped block, so that the lock claw is driven to overcome the pressure of the pressure spring to move upwards, and the lock claw is disengaged from the zipper teeth. The woven bag double-end self-locking anti-theft zipper has an anti-theft function, prevents the zipper head from sliding and disengaging under the action of external force, and is longer in service life.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of zippers, in particular to a double-head self-locking anti-theft zipper for woven bags. Background technique [0002] Zipper is a connecting piece that relies on the continuous arrangement of chain elements to make items merge or separate. As our daily necessities, it is used in a wide range of fields such as clothing, bags, and tents. A zipper is a fastener consisting of two strips each with a row of metal or plastic teeth that connect the edges of the opening, and a slider that pulls the two rows of teeth into an interlocking position to close the opening. With the development of human social economy and science and technology, zippers have developed from the original metal materials to non-metal materials, from a single variety with a single function to a multi-species and multi-specification comprehensive function. Evolution. Its performance, structure, and materials are changing with each passing da...
