Abstract

A slot die for manufacturing a rechargeable battery electrode is provided. The slot die includes: a first block; a second block facing the first block; and a gasket member positioned between the first block and the second block, in which the first block and the second block are coupled to each other to form a slot for discharging an active material slurry, wherein the first block includes a chamber for accommodating the active material slurry and forms a first surface in a width direction and a discharge direction of the slot, the second block faces the first surface to form a second surface in a width direction and a discharge direction of the slot, the gasket member includes end portions facing each other at respective ends of the first surface and the second surface and formed in a height direction of the slot, the end portions include a width adjusting portion, and the width adjustment portion protrudes in the width direction from a first reference point of the gasket member to a second reference point at a first adjustment width, is inclined from the second reference point to a third reference point at a first angle with respect to the discharge direction, and is formed in the discharge direction at a first adjustment length.
