Abstract

An aspect of the present invention provides a method performed by a PCF for handling delayed packets in a mobile wireless network. The method includes receiving information related to a packet processing policy (PHP) parameter of a PDU session; and sending the PHP to other network functions to instruct devices in a user plane of the mobile wireless network how to handle delayed packets.
