Embodiment Construction

[0059] In order to facilitate those skilled in the art to understand the technical content of the present invention, the content of the present invention will be further explained below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0060] Such as figure 1 As shown, an improved dark channel defogging method using weighted least squares filtering of the present invention comprises the following steps:

[0061] S1. Obtain foggy image data I;

[0062]S2. Estimate the atmospheric light value; take the top 0.1% of pixels from the dark channel image according to the brightness. Among these positions, the value corresponding to the point with the highest brightness is found in the original image as the A value, and A represents the atmospheric light value.

[0063] S3. Using the atmospheric light value to normalize the foggy image; the specific process is:

[0064]

[0065] Among them, P is the normalized image, A is the atmospheric light value, and I is the foggy image;

Abstract

The invention discloses an improved dark channel defogging method adopting weighted least square filtering, which is applied to the field of image processing, and aims to solve the problem that a relatively obvious halo phenomenon is generated after defogging by adopting a dark pass algorithm for refining a transmission rate map through guiding filtering in the existing dark channel defogging algorithm. According to the method, weighted least square filtering is adopted to correct a transmission rate map, punishment on an untrusted estimated value is introduced, and a long-range view is inhibited to obtain a relatively large transmission rate estimated value; therefore, the obvious halo phenomenon is eliminated on the premise that the defogging quality is basically unchanged.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of image processing, in particular to an image defogging technology. Background technique [0002] The images collected outdoors usually have poor image quality due to factors such as unfavorable weather conditions and the influence of various particles in the atmospheric environment. Such an image cannot meet the requirements whether it is the look and feel of photographic imaging or the quality of input as a subsequent high-level processing. With the upgrading and penetration of the digital industry, image processing and computer vision technology has been widely used in production and life, and it also puts forward higher requirements for the quality of imaging. For example, monitoring and automatic driving systems, under the influence of foggy weather, the collected images are usually accompanied by problems such as contrast drop, color distortion, and feature occlusion. In this case, the performance of the syst...
