Abstract

The invention relates to application of a preparation for detecting plasma exosomes miR-596 in preparation of kits for predicting survival rates of patients with idiopathic pulmonary hypertension. According to the application, expressions of the plasma exosomes miR-596 of the IPAH survival patients and expressions of the plasma exosomes miR-596 of the non-survival patients are found different for the first time. The plasma exosome miR-596 can be used as an independent survival rate predictor, and references are provided for clinical prognosis and evaluation of the severity of IPAH of the patients.
