Abstract

The stirring pile comprises a conical shaft, an outer cylinder and a double-shaft motor, wherein a spiral blade and a first annular cutter are connected to the position, close to the bottom end, of the outer wall of the conical shaft, multiple sets of second annular cutters are arranged on the outer wall of the outer cylinder at equal intervals, sawtooth blades are arranged between the second annular cutters in each set, the top end of the outer cylinder is connected with a hopper, the hopper is connected with a feeding top plate through a connecting frame, the feeding top plate is composed of a shaft groove, a shaft disc, a feeding pipe and a discharging hole, the shaft end of the double-shaft motor is connected with the conical shaft and the feeding top plate so as to drive the conical shaft and the outer cylinder to operate synchronously, the shaft disc is located in the shaft groove, when the whole feeding top plate rotates, the shaft disc is in a static state, outer teeth are arranged on position, located in the outer cylinder, of the outer wall of the conical shaft, inner teeth are arranged in the outer cylinder, the stirring pile forcibly stirs cement and soil in the deep part of a soil layer in an inside and outside matching mode, and the efficient mixing effect is achieved.
