Abstract

The invention provides a method for evaluating and representing permeability characteristics of a water permeable pavement, wherein the method specifically comprises the following steps: building an indoor water seepage experiment platform based on a water permeable pavement structure, and obtaining a water permeable pavement structure permeability coefficient and a base material permeability coefficient by adopting an experiment method; establishing a CFD simulation model through ANSYS-FLUENT, and verifying the effectiveness of the model through an experimental result; measuring the permeability coefficient of the actual pavement structure by adopting an on-site in-situ experiment; and constructing a CFD finite element model according to on-site in-situ permeability experiment conditions, performing simulation by adopting the CFD finite element model to obtain the permeability coefficients, performing simulation analysis, and obtaining actual permeability coefficients of a base layer and a joint material on the basis that the difference of the permeability coefficients obtained based on the experiment meets error requirements, so as to obtain a water permeable pavement surface permeability evaluation result. The method can be applied to the back calculation analysis based on the actual permeability test of the existing water permeable pavement, the water conductivity of the current water permeable pavement is determined through the back calculation analysis, and the effective permeability coefficients are selected as the measurement of the overall permeability of the water permeable pavement.
