Abstract
The invention discloses a double-torsion-spring fatigue test device and a test method thereof. The double-torsion-spring fatigue test device comprises a test bed, a first torsion unit, a second torsion unit, a double-torsion-spring test piece, a test piece support, a first fixing pin, a second fixing pin and a third fixing pin, wherein the double-torsion-spring test piece comprises first to third connecting rings and first to second torsion springs; the first torsion unit and the second torsion unit each comprise a servo motor, a planetary reducer, a reducer connector, a torsion sensor, a torsion spring connector, a motor support and a photoelectric sensor. During working, a total test period and a time-varying curve of a torsion angle of a double-torsion-spring test piece in a single period are set for the servo motors of the first torsion unit and the second torsion unit, then a test is carried out, and after the test is completed, a time-varying curve of a rotation angle and a torque of two ends of the double-torsion spring is exported. The fatigue condition of the double torsion springs under the action of the periodic load is simulated in a laboratory.
