Embodiment 1

[0023] The method for quickly analyzing the rare earth content in the ion-adsorbed state of the weathering crust sample by reflectance spectroscopy is suitable for the rapid analysis of the rare earth occurrence state in the rock weathering crust sample. The specific operation steps are as follows:

[0024] (1) Air-dry the weathered crust samples to remove the moisture in them. For relatively dry rock block samples, no pre-experiment treatment is required, and only the surface needs to be kept clean;

[0025] (2) Select about 2.0 g of the sample and put it into a vessel with a depth of 0.5 cm and a diameter of 1.5 cm, and flatten the surface with a glass sheet;

[0026] (3) Use a visible light-near-infrared reflectance spectrometer to measure the reflectance spectrum of the sample in the vessel. The spectral range is set to 350-2500nm, and the standard reflective panel is used to calibrate the instrument;

[0027] (4) Measure 2 times for the powder sample from different direct...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for rapidly analyzing the occurrence state of rare earth by using visible light-near infrared reflectance spectroscopy, which comprises the following steps: (1) drying a weathering crust sample, putting the weathering crust sample into a vessel, and flattening the surface; (2) carrying out reflection spectrum measurement on the sample in the vessel by using a visible light-near infrared reflection spectrometer, wherein the spectrum range is set to be 350-2500nm; measuring the powder sample for a plurality of times from different directions at an interval of 90 degrees, measuring the rock block sample for a plurality of times from different directions at an interval of 30 degrees, and recording original spectral data; and (3) processing the obtained original spectrum data, carrying out peak shape fitting on 800nm absorption band characteristics, obtaining the position and relative intensity information of an absorption band, and judging the occurrence state of the rare earth element. The method provided by the invention can meet the requirement of weathering crust ion adsorption type rare earth deposit prospecting exploration work on rapid sample analysis.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for quickly analyzing the content of ion-adsorbed rare earths, in particular to a method for analyzing the content of ion-adsorbed rare earths in weathering shell samples by reflection spectrum. Background technique [0002] Because rare earth elements are widely used in many fields such as national defense, aerospace, special materials, metallurgy, energy and agriculture, they are called "industrial vitamins". In recent years, due to the rapid development of aerospace, new energy and new materials, rare earths have become a key strategic resource. [0003] The weathering crust ion-adsorption type rare earth deposits are largely developed in the weathering crust of rocks dominated by granite. The weathered crust of rocks in these areas is as thick as 10-30 meters, which provides favorable conditions for the formation and preservation of such rare earth deposits. The rare earth elements in the rock weathering crust ar...
