The architecture comprises a ground terminal, a mobile forwarding node, a network access node and a core network, wherein terminal is connected with the forwarding node through a low-power wireless interface, the forwarding node is connected with the network access node through a high-speed wireless link, and the network access node is connected to the core network through an optical fiber. According to the invention, the forwarding node with mobility is used for realizing data transmission, when the node passes by the vicinity of the terminal, information to be sent by the terminal is collected to a buffer area of the node, and the information is stored all the time in the moving process; and when the node arrives the vicinity of the base station, the terminal service is transmitted to the access node to realize data network access.
