Abstract

The invention discloses an HOTAIR-PRC2 blocking agent and application of a compound preparation of the HOTAIR-PRC2 blocking agent in preparation of a medicine for treating an endometrial cancer. The HOTAIR-PRC2 specific blocking agent and the combination of the HOTAIR-PRC2 specific blocking agent and an EZH2 inhibitor provided by the invention can inhibit the progress of the endometrial cancer, and especially the combined application of the HOTAIR-PRC2 specific blocking agent and the EZH2 inhibitor can enhance the treatment effect of the EZH2 inhibitor in endometrial cancer and reduce the anti-tumor dosage of the EZH2 inhibitor.
