Abstract

The bionic micro-fluidic chip is provided with a sample introduction pool, a plurality of microcolumns, a screening channel and a collection pool. The plurality of microcolumns are uniformly distributed in the sample introduction pool and are used for filtering impurities in original semen to be detected. The sample introduction pool communicates with the collection pool through a plurality of screening channels which are parallel to one another. The bionic micro-fluidic chip is used for screening a large number of qualified high-quality sperms which can be directly applied to an assisted reproduction technology. The screening channel is filled with a trace hyaluronic acid solution with the function similar to that of cervical mucus and is used for simulating a cervical microenvironment. The chip disclosed by the invention can be used for screening sperms, identifying gene defect sperms and simply and quickly screening out infertility people caused by gene defects. The bionic micro-fluidic chip is simple and convenient to operate, low in cost and high in practicability.
