Abstract

The invention relates to a computer-implemented method and device for evaluating future service quality of a supplier, a computer system and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a data set of historical service quality indexes of a plurality of suppliers; independently analyzing the data set of the historical service quality indexes by using at least two different statistical models so as to respectively obtain preliminary evaluation results of future service quality of a plurality of suppliers; and performing weighted average on the preliminary evaluation result to obtain a final evaluation result of future service quality of the plurality of suppliers. According to the embodiment of the invention, the problem that the assumed premise of a certain specific statistical model is not satisfied or the evaluation result is unreliable can be effectively solved, so that a reliable evaluation result of the future service quality of a supplier is provided.
