The method comprises the following steps: pulling an 'open / new' Excel table component into a flow chart for an RPA editor, and giving an Excel name 'test.xlsx'; executing a corresponding code block, and creating an excel object of text.xlsx through a Microsoft Excel native API; inputting a name needing to be input into a first column of text.xlsx; pulling a 'write-in area' component into the flow design drawing; and starting the process, and enabling the RPA robot to execute the components arranged according to the RPA automation software in sequence. According to the method, the stability and the efficiency of the RPA software on the automatic operation of the Excel are improved, and operations which are originally supported, such as automatically editing various styles of the Excel, filling and modifying formulas, outputting a data perspective table and executing a macro file, are supported.
