Abstract

The present invention provides a schizophrenia early detection system and method based on a graph neural network and a brain network. The system comprises: an electroencephalogram signal acquisition unit used for acquiring EEG signals of 128 channels of a testee during auditory stimulation of an MMN normal form; a traceability analysis unit which is used for dividing the EEG signals into four frequency bands and performing traceability analysis on the EEG signals of each frequency band to reconstruct endogenous electrical activity of the intracerebral cortical layer; a brain network construction unit which is used for constructing a brain network of each frequency band according to the endogenous electrical activity of the intracerebral cortical layer; and a graph neural network unit which is used for extracting corresponding brain network characteristics of each frequency band from the brain network of each frequency band, wherein the graph neural network unit comprises a full-connection neural network module, and full-connection neural network module is used for receiving and classifying demographic features, cognitive features, event-related potential features and brain network features, and outputting a classification result as a detection result.
