The refrigerator defrosting control method comprises the steps that the temperature in a storage space is detected, and whether the temperature of the storage space reaches a first preset temperature value or not in the decreasing process is judged; when the temperature of the storage space reaches a first preset temperature value in the decreasing process, a defrosting program is started to conduct primary defrosting; the defrosting program comprises a first defrosting program; the first defrosting program comprises the steps that a low-temperature-stage evaporation part is closed, and a first defrosting heating device is started to heat an evaporator; the temperature in the storage space is detected, and whether a difference value between the temperature of the storage space and a first preset temperature value is larger than a first preset difference value or not is judged; and when the difference value between the temperature of the storage space and the first preset temperature value is larger than the first preset difference value, the first defrosting program is closed, and the low-temperature-stage evaporation part is started.
