Abstract

According to the assimilation method integrating variational quality control and three-dimensional variational assimilation, variational quality control is synchronously carried out in the three-dimensional variational assimilation process, the assimilation observation quality is effectively identified, the observation weight with large deviation is reduced, the observation with small deviation and good quality is endowed with a large weight, and therefore, the quality of three-dimensional variational assimilation analysis cannot be damaged when bad data enter the assimilation system, and meanwhile, the quality of three-dimensional variational assimilation analysis can be effectively assimilated, absorbed, observed and improved.
