Abstract

The disclosure relates to a pre-5th-generation (5G) or 5G communication system to be provided for supporting higher data rates beyond 4th-generation (4G) communication system, such as long term evolution (LTE). A method for operating a management device in a wireless communication system is provided. The method includes obtaining measurement results of a plurality of cells; identifying an interference source cell and an interfered cell by atmospheric interference among the plurality of the cells based on the measurement results; and performing interference control on at least one of the interference source cell or the interfered cell, wherein the measurement results include interference information related to a downlink signal of at least one other cell measured in an uplink resource duration of a measurement cell and cell information of the at least one other cell.
