The specific implementation scheme is as follows: collecting video data in real time; wherein the video data comprises a pavement image of the construction area; inputting the video data into a trained road surface detection model, and obtaining a road surface detection frame of which the category is a road surface; wherein the image part in the road surface detection frame at least comprises a road surface image; and inputting an image part in the road surface detection frame into the trained VGG network model to generate a detection result about whether a ponding area exists or not. Therefore, automatic identification and detection of the accumulated water condition of the construction area can be realized, construction area safety supervision units at all levels can be assisted to carry out intelligent supervision on the construction area, and the safety supervision informatization level of the construction area is improved.
